Refund policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This page explains when and how you can get your money back for a FreeSky VPN Premium subscription. It supplements the Terms of Use and does not limit any rights granted to you by applicable law.

The Service is provided by Arkona Development LLC (3 Hakob Hakobyan St., Yerevan 0033, Republic of Armenia). Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.

How payment works

Premium is paid once for the chosen period and does not renew automatically. Nothing is charged without your involvement: when the paid period ends, access simply stops. There is no subscription to cancel in order to avoid a further charge.

Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed — the service starts being provided immediately.

When we refund

We refund a payment if:

Other cases are considered individually. We look at how long the subscription has been active, whether the Service was used, and what exactly went wrong.

When we do not refund

By purchasing Premium you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and accept that, once it has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal (the “cooling-off period”) no longer applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country continue to apply.

How to request a refund

Write to support@freesky.app and include:

  1. the date and amount of the payment;
  2. the payment method (card or SBP);
  3. the e-mail address of your FreeSky VPN account;
  4. what happened.

We reply within 3 business days with a decision. An approved refund is submitted to the payment provider within 10 business days and is returned by the same method used for payment. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, typically between 3 and 30 days.

We do not deduct a transfer fee.

What happens after a refund

Premium access ends at the moment of the refund — the remainder of the paid period is not preserved. Referral and affiliate credits tied to the refunded payment are cancelled: the referrer’s credit is earned by a paid subscription, and that subscription is no longer paid.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank, Premium access ends, and we may decline to provide the Service to you further or to accept new payments from you.

Please write to us first: it is usually faster than a bank dispute, and it leaves your account intact.
